Orders and Payments

All orders are final once they have been placed.

Payment must be made in full before an order can be finalised and dispatched.

Pre order items must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed by Figure Nation.

Changes to existing orders will only be permitted if the order has not progressed beyond the stage where the order paperwork has been processed for dispatch.

Cancellation of orders is subject to the discretion of Figure Nation management.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock information, some items may become unavailable due to damage, inventory discrepancies, supplier issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and may offer an alternative product, store credit or a refund for the unavailable item.

Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious error on the website or in connection with your order, including but not limited to pricing errors, product description errors or availability errors, Figure Nation reserves the right to correct the error.

Where a pricing error has occurred, we may contact you and offer you the option to purchase the item at the correct price or cancel your order.

Figure Nation permits a maximum of two accounts per customer.

Accounts found to be duplicative, including accounts that share the same name, shipping address, billing address, email address or phone number, may be considered invalid.

Such accounts may be deleted or restricted at the discretion of Figure Nation.

This policy is in place to maintain fairness and integrity across our customer base and to prevent the misuse of sales, promotions, discounts or other offers.

Customers who create multiple accounts to bypass promotion limits, order limits or other restrictions may be subject to further action, including cancellation of orders and exclusion from future promotions.
